1. The Service

Wrenchlist is an AI-powered task management tool that helps you organize your tasks, plan your work, and manage your time. Features include AI-generated task plans, smart prioritization, routine tracking, and optional Google Calendar integration. The Service is available at wrenchlist.tools.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at wrenchlist.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to abuse or overload the AI features (e.g. automated scripting)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data

We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse AI features.

4. AI Features

Wrenchlist uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate task plans, summaries, and prioritization suggestions. These are tools to help you think — not professional advice of any kind. AI suggestions may be incomplete or imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on any AI-generated output. Do not rely on Wrenchlist AI suggestions as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

5. Availability

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. We make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, release updates, or experience outages without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.

6. Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the tasks, notes, or content you create in Wrenchlist. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request permanent account deletion, contact us at wrenchlist.support@gmail.com.
